This is absolutely the BEST Texas Holdem and Omaha app online ..
Ive played here for 4+ years ..
The algorithm is off on the cards, and the Feature Board is misused wayyyyy too much ..
If the developers would adjust algorithm, and stop Feature Board abuse it could be as great as it once was!
For the most part the game is fun. The feature board needs to be taken down. Sick nude photos. Game has been freezing up some. The dealers r old & need to have more different dealers. Sophie & Lucia have done their time. Spice it up with some men dealers. Its a great place to meet friends.
Why cant I pick which blind I want to play in??? I feel like I have to be robbed before I am allowed to get in the blind I want. Infuriates me. Also, this app has the absolute best support anywhere. They respond in minutes with an easy down-to-earth explanation/fix.
Best holdem app but a 4 star due to the number of disconnects and going down.
Great game. Only downfall is the people that go "all in" every time.
Some bad moments
The site has gone downhill in the past 12 months. Serious connectivity issues. Entire tables freeze mid play.
Administration does not care and is unresponsive.
Porn and nudity all over the place and serious issues with online bullying and harassment.
Zero communication with its membership. They rarely respond to support emails, or if they do, they ignore 90% of the content of the request or complaint. Ridiculously poor customer service.
Freezes up and boots you out of tournaments all the time. Customer support is Terrible about getting back to you in a readable amount of time! You have to get rude with them in order to get your chips reimbursed...
Multiple times a day the app crashes or locks up. Frustrating and worthless.

WORST INTERFACE EVER DESIGNED. SLIDER FOR BETS IS STUPID. SCREENS KEEP POPPING IN&OUT DURING PLAY ANC CHAT MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO DO EITHER. Previous updates added a camera button that wants to upload a screenshot of your game on your Facebook page, which takes you out of the game. That button is at the SAME location as the raise button and messed up my game too many times, as I would come back to the game in an all in situation only to find out the game had timed out and folded for me. Extremely frustrating. No option to deactivate this button. Stupid.
