Complaint

Wud be great if I cud friend. Over 1 yr now it says request sent on both ends. We cant friend each other. Promises made to correct not kept. Programmers cant remove request sent? Seems pretty easy to me. How does this happen? I sent request n now it stays request sent on both sides sent # ID numbers many times no results
